I can login Joomlart’s website with my credentials but can’t login to the local JA Builder page. Connect your site popup outputs the message "hash-not-match:"

    Hi
Kindly Reset the forum password (avoid special character if you have the same issue after reset password).
And try to log in again on site builder using the new password.
    Hope it helps.

The problem was with special characters in the password such as @,%.
I tried one w/o those and it worked but it means less security and needs a fix.
    Thanks

    Hi.

I´m a total beginner – I´ve never made at site in any way.
I can login to my site only as an administrator but not otherwise.

    What do I do?
    Thanks

Again I am using Joomlart credentials to "Go premium/login" for my local Wampserver JA Builder page.
It says I logged in and refreshes the page but there is no sign that I logged in. "Go premium/login" is still there and JA Builder asks me to pay for paid blocks.

    Hi
On the local server, if you are not connected to the internet this is why its showing this.
Can you try the same on live site and see how it goes.
There is no need to pay as you have JATC membership that allows you to download the builder pro.

It was wireless connection when I encountered this problem. It is now wired and I don’t know why the problem is gone.

But this time I have another problem:
Whenever I add a block/item it asks me to reload the page.
After the page reloads any change is lost.

    Hi
Could you put the site live and share the site details in Private reply?
Where I can check this issue directly on your site.

    Regards
