I used the Quickstart to install Community Plus. I can can change the color profile via the frontend control panel, but I can’t make any changes via the backend. A lot of the backend appears non-function: can’t change profiles, can’t create new profiles/layouts, etc. I’ve tried re-installing and using different browsers (IE, Firefox and Chrome).

Any suggestions?

Dear lanman2k,

Did you login with the english ot other language ? also please make sure you are running the T3 V2 Latest version, If this does not help, you can submit a ticket into our ticket system with your admin account as well as the FTP Info for further checking.

I’ve tried updating T3 and I am lgging in with english as the language.

I opened a ticket a couple of days ago but haven’t heard anything.
