    Can someone please help me with the JA Slideshow on JA TIRIS. Since I updated to new Joomla version it no longer works. The problem is I can’t make and save changes to JA Slideshow. From what I read this is a problem for others as well. I’ve downloaded and tried the below fix as posted by Ninja Lead. However, the folders and sub folders are are not as described. Can someone please help? Thanks.

    japrofile.js file into: modules/mod_jaslideshow/assets/elements/japrofile/ folder

    helper.php file into modules/mod_jaslideshow/admin/japrofile/ folder

    @vaxt11,

    The saving issue has been fixed in our newer version of JA Slideshow (v2.6.8). Please try to update JA Slideshow module via JAEM (JA Extension Manager) component. In case the issue still remains, just let me know.

    @vaxt11,

    For JoomlArt extensions, it is recommended to update via our JAEM component. Please have a look at our guide to update our extensions:
    http://wiki.joomlart.com/wiki/JA_Extensions_Manager/How-to

    But make sure that you have configured the JAEM component in the right way first.
    http://wiki.joomlart.com/wiki/JA_Extensions_Manager/Admin_Panel

    If you have any difficulty during this process, just let me know. Remember to back-up your site.

    I have tried following the instructions you sent but no success. Maybe because we updated to latest version of Joomla but nothing seems to work. Can you please help. What do I do to get this figured out. What do you need from me? I really need to figure this out. Thanks.

    Thanks again for your help. One more question–even though I have the Android activated it doesn’t seem to work. When you navigate to site on an Android device it defaults to desktop. Can you tell me what I’m doing wrong? Thanks much!

    @vatx11,

    In template configuration, you set the Android layout with iPhone. I tried to test your site on an Android (Samsung Galaxy S3) but I see it’s working now.

    – On iPhone:
    – On Adroid:

    If the problem still persists, pls let me know. Any screenshot would be helpful.

    I have an iphone which the mobile versions seems fine on. But when android phone user goes to site they don’t get the mobile version just the desktop version. We used the iphone settings you said to and they still get desktop version. What are we doing wrong?

    @vaxt11,

    At the time of creating this JA Tiris template, there is no device with such large screen like Samsung Galaxy Note 3. If you try opening in another popular android devices with smaller screen, the template will detect well. With a large screen size as Note 3, it will display default desktop layout. This happens in most of non-responsive templates built with old JA T3v2 framework.
