Fresh install of teline4 and control panel for the template is blank. I did install and enable all plugins, modules. When T3 framework plugin is disabled I can see “Details” Menu Assignment” yet parameters do not show anything.

Appreciate any help.

1. Set the error mode to max. (‘Server’ tab on Global configs) and check if no errors appear.

2. Check the template’s folder permissions. It should work with 0755. If it doesn’t try 0777 (not desirable, but for testing purposes is OK).

errors set to MAX didn’t produce any messages, folder perms are set to 0755, 0777 wont’s work since I am using suPHP.

Have you used a quickinstall or installed J1.6 and the template separately?
I still think this is the permissions error (or to be more precise the ownership error).

Please disable the rokbox plugin you have installed. The version you have has known problems and should not effect the administrator side of a joomla install. Unfortunately it did and I believe a later version has been released that fixes this problem. Many template engines and components failed with the earlier version of it.
