Helo ,

I have been trying to move the menu at the footer on the top ( above #ja-header) , however it changes all layout . and the template becomes messed up

its on localhost , havent uploaded it yet . I have reset template.css to original position , now can i move bottom menu top top position ( above JA-header) ?

Are you talking about moving it in the index.php?
which Joomla version are you using?
