In your screenshot you are using custom template i suggest you to use T3 template ,since we do not support 3rd party and custom template that are not JA Products .
Install the latest version of T3 and template and check this issue again .

Thank you for your quick reply. I just installed a T3 blank template. It still doesn’t work as I mentioned in the previous post.

did u check the issue with hosting provider ? the error its 500 error (internal server error) .
Also try to update the PHP version to PHP5+ PHP4
