    Hi,

Trying to set up a jobboard with this component for almost 2 months.

i had several problems with the 1.5.2 version but i was configuring everything step by step.

When the 1.5.3 version was released, i upgraded to this version, but now i can’t post jobs…

    problems.. problems… problems…

I hope i’ll get this component running like it should within the next 2 weeks, otherwise i’m F****ED:((

it shouldn’t be so difficult according the advertisement “set up a Jobboard in minutes not months:((“

I hope somebody can help me getting this jobboard running before the and of the month…

    greetings

I recently post 2 jobs from back end at http://werkenin.nl => post jobs in backend still work well
On front end, because you set site is offline and only access to it via admin account. But JA Jobboard not support admin count type, so you can not post job. Please public site and use employer account for post jobs on front end

    Hi Hung,

can see you posted 3 testjobs 1 from the backend en 2 from the frontend.

used screencapture to show you what i did, but can’t figure how to send you…

    actions

    – public site

    – trying to post from a employers account

    results

    It didn’t work!

    Please fix?

    Greetings

Same here. I have a trade show in 5 days that I’m supposed to display my site in front of thousands and I can’t post a single job. This issue is going to cost me thousands of dollars. Not to mention nobody from Joomlart has responded to my help desk ticket. As a subscriber I’m extremely disappointed. >:(>:(>:(>:(

    Hi Raoulk
Can you post job in backend, now?
On front end, you must pubic your site and login as employer account then you can post jobs to jobboard system. When you post a job, please look up to published date field because it is specified will publish job on front end, so you need set published date to compliance
If you can not post job, i will send a video demo post job on front end to you.:)

    Hi Jukeboxjunkey
The first, if you have a same problems, you need check id field in ja_jobs table . You must to sure that, id field type is int and set “auto increment”. Because when you update new version, you may be have problem of “ID” field in ja_jobs table.
If you do it successful, then you still can not post jobs or have any problems of jobboard, please let me known. I’m really for help you 🙂
