December 13, 2016 at 8:29 am #994159@felix1: It looks like your server prevents post with keyword
background-image:
in post data. You can make a try by open browser console while browsing your site and run following js code:jQuery.post ('http://www.fel.../ja-builder/index.php', { test: 'background-image:' })
While publishing page, the Builder tool need post some data which contains that keyword to save in your server.

December 13, 2016 at 12:55 pm #994295I see what is wrong. The server is using Modsecurity from Commodo. I get the following messages:
Request:
POST /index.php/component/jabuilder/?view=page&id=1&
Action Description:
Access denied with code 403 (phase 2).
Justification:
Pattern match "\bbackground-image:" at ARGS:data[ea4fa3ce6f68e].
Can I safely remove that rule in Commodo waf without comromizing securiy?December 13, 2016 at 1:13 pm #994308One more from Vomodo Waf:
Request:
POST /index.php/component/jabuilder/?view=page&id=1&
Action Description:
Access denied with code 403 (phase 2).
Justification:
Pattern match "-moz-binding\b|@import\b|background\b[^a-zA-Z0-9]{0,}?:[^a-zA-Z0-9]{0,}?url|background-image\b[^a-zA-Z0-9]{0,}?:|behavior\b[^a-zA-Z0-9]{0,}?:[^a-zA-Z0-9]{0,}?url|expression\b[^a-zA-Z0-9]{0,}?\(" at ARGS:data[ea4fa3ce6f68e].December 13, 2016 at 1:30 pm #994312When editing from front end and try to save, I get this:
Request:
POST /index.php?
Action Description:
Access denied with code 403 (phase 2).
Justification:
Pattern match "< {0,1}iframe" at ARGS:data[html][top].Khanh Le ModeratorKhanh Le

August 2, 2017 at 8:22 am #1053224Hi, we’re still having this problem… Appears to be a caching issue.
Works fine when we use incognito or a guest user in Google Chrome, but when we try and use our regular Google Chrome account it doesn’t work, the publish button just keeps spinning.
Even after clearing cache and all browsing data, this issue still persists.
Please investigate and advise.

August 2, 2017 at 8:05 pm #1053363I have the same issue with one of my sites. The publish button icon goes around and around. Also I am getting a "unable to connect site" error when trying to upgrade to premium even though I have a valid subscription.
