While editing a new content (front- ord backend) although I can see the subfolders in the ‘stories’ folders, when I select a subfolder the images in it aren’t visable….. What is going wrong? 😉

HI Mate
When you say you can’t see the images do you mean there’s nothing in the folder or there is the name of image but when you select you see no sample image in the preview area?

Please look at the attachment for what I see in my folder /preview to see what I mean and the post again and we’ll see what can be done

thanks for your reply. When I choose a different subfolder (which containts many images) the index of this subfolder isn’t shown in the ‘ gallery images’ list, only the images stored in de root of the stories index are listed.

Hi Ad
I’d suggest you have a look at the site folder structure in an FTP program and confirm the uploaded folders etc are present and the permissions for the subfolders are set to 755

Already did that…. found out what the real problem is: although the subfolder really exist, i checked through the media manager opening a subfolder ang getting the message: Configuration Problem: “” does not exist……

prolly best to reinstall then I never use media manager myself so am unfamiiar with the error etc
