Hi,
I uninstalled JA submit, and want to reinstall.
Only, I get the following error:
Another component is already using directory: “/home/vivantou/public_html/components/com_ja_submit/”

What could be wrong?

I triedJa submit before and it seemedlike perfect for my needs,only I could not get any results out of it.
So I keep trying.

Hi
You need to ftp into the site & delete the folder “com_ja_submit” then you will be able to re-upload the component. Joomla does not remove the folder or contents when you delete a component or module.
