Attempting to run any (necessary) 3rd party image scroller/viewer on VINTAS doesn’t work. Current plugin attempt is:

System – Virtuemart Cloud Zoom Plugin ID: 10084.

I’ve also tried http://www.magictoolbox.com/magicthumb/ and vinaora magiccart slider.

All work just fine as long as I don’t use JA_VINTAS, such as switching to default ATOMIC template. Thank you.

Hi Turbogoat2011,

Because the plugin did not load css(plugins/system/vmcloudzoom/css/cloud-zoom.css) and js (plugins/system/vmcloudzoom/js/cloud-zoom.1.0.2.js) file into header. That is problem of 3rd party. You should get LamVT to resolve this issue .
As you know, our template only first step in the developing process a new website. So any 3rd can make issue and we can not catch that case. Hope you understand us.

Ok but for the record, it loads with any template that isn’t Vintas (yours). Disappointing response to wait 9 days for honestly. Was it the same problem with all 3 programs? You only responded regarding one.

For anybody else that runs into this problem, MagicToolbox service was fantastic. I offered to buy the product once they logged in and corrected any conflicts on my behalf. They did within minutes. I used their MagicZoom Plus VM component plugin for around $70 – you can try it for free. http://www.magictoolbox.com/magiczoomplus/modules/virtuemart/
