Hello,

Currently I am trying to edit the template Ja_directory Details and Files that I purchased, but I am encountering an issue that I cannot resolve and require your assistance.

I was hoping to input entries into the directory which for this template is under the component "K2". However once I make any alterations and try to save, it doesn’t save. Instead there is an error image that appears (highlighted in red box). I’ve already tried reinstalling the template and creating other users to make changes but the problem still persist. Would appreciate it if you can resolve this for me.

Hi there

That notice means that you will need to fill all data requested as mandatory specifically the extra field data

Hello! I have the same problem to modify and to create an article in K2. From what I’ve seen there’s plenty articles have entered the extra "Address 2" field, but also saved. How do I save or create an article without entering the field as being "Address 2"?

Hi

You can remove the extra field Address 2 going to Components -> K2 -> Extra fields-> Flag the extra field and click on delete on the above menu button
