Hi Team @ J.A

I am having a problem saving the template, when I change from text to logo.

It keeps returning the error An error has occured when saving the default profile

The permissions on the template folder is set to 777 (read/write/execute to all)

Hi jayatkin,

You can try to check out the access settings in your .htaccess file, since these settings can restrict the template to access the js files of our T3v2 plugin which causes the javascripts of profile saving process not work well.

In addition, can you try to save our template profile with disbaling the Logo Slider module ?

Note: Clear JAT3 cache after changing settings. Please send me PM with your website’s credentials for further checking if the issuse still persists.
