    Hi Support,

    I m facing a weird problem. I cannot save the update I did on the style of my templaet JA Business.
    Even the title of the style, if changed, is not saved after click on the save button.

    I got a clear message that my profile has been saved. But nothing appears in front end. And if go back to the liste of style, the style title did not changed.

    Do you know where I can see to fix the problem.

    I tried on different machine and browser. Same problem.
    If i change to another template (Other template provider), it works.
    That seems the save button on the template screen doesn’t work properly.

    Thank you for your quick help. That is quite urgent we found a fix if we want to go on with this great template.

    Dear mbcors1986,

    That maybe is an permission issue caused you could not save the changes,you can try to enable the FTP Setting and enter your FTP Infors in the Globla Configuration.
    If that still not help just provide us your url,the admin account and the FTP Info via the ticket of XMI-686-89833 for further checking.
