Hello, my problem is the same other users had (like in this thread) with saving and publishing the Slideshow module. I tried the fixes suggested and disabled some plugins, but that didn’t help. Could you have a look into it?

    Thanks,

    Francesco

    Hello,

Can you send PM to me with your FTP account? So I can diagnose this problem.

    Best regards.

    Hello intraumbria,

When I save your JA Slideshow, I’m noticed in Firebug that /modules/mod_jaslideshow/admin/helper.php file couldn’t be executed. It produced 500 Internal Server Error.

Please ask you hosting provider to add permission which allows to execute this file. That means if you enter this URL /modules/mod_jaslideshow/admin/helper.php?japaramaction=saveProfile&profile=default, you won’t receive 500 Internal Server Error

    Regards.
