I can’t see link of terms of service.
This thread tells same problem.

Would you show me how I can solve this problem in JA Sugite.

Hi Symm
I tested you issue on a fresh quickstart .
Can you tell me did you selected the Article and required option
*Plugin manager > User profile
terms of services
see this >

After selection of above plugin option ,.
Go to template/JA-Sugit/css/custom.css (if custom.css is not exists create a file name as custom.css)
and add this code

.modal {display: inline;
position: static;
}

It after that check the registration page
it will look like this >
