Kindly check the template style for this menu item . The template style layout should contain component section. You can use default layout for this template style.

You have to use default layout for the default template style : http://prntscr.com/dd1toj
Use feature intro template style only for homepage menu and default template style that have default layout in it .

Feature intro template style for your Home menu .
Default template style for all other menu (set as default template)
