Hello, ive set the prices for two products in VM and they didnt appear in the backend nor frontend.

Piced SET:

Price missing in the backend:

Price missing in the Frontend:

Also, each time I rename the product image name/ alt name / sub name it comes again to the default name – like "producstname.jpg" under each image in the product details page. It took me like 4 or 5 times to achieve it. Should be once like normal changes…

Hi there

Since Virtuemart is not a Joomlart extension , you should look at the Virtuemart documentation to see how your shop could be configured in the best way

Anyway you should take a look at your Virtuemart -> Configuration -> Pricing Tab -> and flag the button Show Prices -> Then configure as you wish all the options available .

Thank you Pavit for your answer

But the problem is not beacause of the configuration, all things are properly setted (like your image), the template dont show the price… As you can see in my previous screenshots, the word "PRICE" is displayed in the frontend, the number is what isnt displayed, like a CSS error.

The configuration its OK, thats no my problem, the frontend and backend are missing the number of the price, like a tag with "$$$" without the number inside. Please take a minute to visit my site and you will understand inmediatly what im saying.

I restored VM settings as original and as you can see now prices are showing correctly

Please add your products and images and categories to the current vm settings

Why you erase all shop items without asking me? I was in the middle of a client-presentation with NO ONE ITEM TO SHOW! Was a total shame for me and a big chance to lose their account. You erased a one week of hard work!

Please restore my site as it was.

I asked before to verify errors asking on Virtuemart forum because it was a virtuemart configuration or something added by your customization.

I restored standard virtuemart tables to show you that errors are not related to the template itself

You erased a one week of hard work!

There were no more than 7 articles added on your website and a one currency configuration

Unfortunately since VM tool restored standard demo installation it is no possible to restore your data anymore.

7 items =asocciated 35 images each one tagged, categories, and a entire store…

You erased my work without a backup, 7 days or 7 minutes was MY TIME of work and my client shop. If u think this will take less, please take your time to restore manually this seven items.

Unfortnately this is no possible without a backup
