In Joomla 1.7, I can’t even find the folder you refer to
There is no layouts folder under templates/ja_methys
There is blocks by still no iPhone folder in there..

I need to stop the switching of templates from default to iPhone/handheld etc immediately and I have set that in the profiles section, but it just does not work, it keeps on switching templates.

How do I fix it, I am using Ja_methys on Joomla 1.7
