New J3/JA University install. Extension Manager can’t update the following JA pieces:

JA Content Slider Module for J25 & J31
JA Facebook Activity Module for J25 & J30
JA Facebook Like Box Module for J25 & J30
JA Masshead Module for J25 & J31
JA SideNews Module for J25 & J31
JA Slideshow Lite Module for J25 & J31
JA University Template for J25 & J31

Warning/Messge for each:
Warning: Update path does not exist
Message: Error updating COM_INSTALLER_TYPE_TYPE_.

The first module XML is http://update.joomlart.com/service/tracking/j16/mod_jacontentslider.xml which resolves. It’s update path contains http://update.joomlart.com/service/download.php?element=mod_jacontentslider&version=2.6.4&type=module_16&coreVersion=j16 which show the following error:

Why can’t I update with the extension manager?
