I’m getting warnings that 3 updates are available, but can’t update these modules and plugins.

Please advise.

Joomla only gives the notification that the update is present, All JA Extension and template only updated via JA Extension Manager component.Here are the steps helps you.

Thanks for your reply.

Yes – I’ve followed these instructions for JA Extension Manager and all other extensions (except the 3 shown in the photo) update fine.

It’s the 3 extensions in the attached photo that remain problematic.

Can you kindly log into the site with the credentials provided. JA Extension Manager is set up, but I’m still getting warnings for these 3 extensions and can’t update update them.
