Hi,

    Can you help to check why it can’t update?

    Thanks.

    Hi,

    You can use JA Extension Manager component to upgrade. But you need to check in:

Admin area->Component->JA Extension Manager

    and provide account for “JoomlArt Updater Service” (Click on edit link of JoomlArt Updater Service on JAEM, you will see the form to enter your account into)

    The account info has been entered in “JoomlArt Updater Service” before do the update.
    But the issues almost the same in both JA Slideshow and Template updating.

    I tried to check the problem as you mentioned above, but I could not duplicate ‘error 500 – Copy file failed’ as your site.

    I guess the problem on your site relates to permission to write files on your hosting and that’s why you got this bug on your site. You can try to do this at your local server and check it works or not.
