Hi, when I try to update one module or plugin it always tells me that the update url doesn’t exist.

I have tried to download it by the website but I can’ find the modules :S

These are the modules and plugins I need to update:

JA ACM Module
Plugin Ajax JA Content Type
Plugin JA Content Type

I’ve downloaded it and when I try to put mi login and password in the Services Manager it seems to spend an eternity checking if they are correct.

Is that normal???

Hello

Please share as private reply a temp super user account to your backend so i can check it , or you can access template download page and manually download extensions and install them using normal joomla extension manager installing them will update files.

Hi,

I can log into your site now.

I checked all the version of JA ACM and JA Content Type plugin on your site and compare with those in Download section of JA Hotel templates, you’re using the versions which JA Hotel supports.

You may see new versions for these extensions via JAEM but these versions are available in other template, they are not tested / ready for JA Hotel, so I recommend you to use the current version and only update to new ones when it’s ready.
