    I can’t update my JA ext and templates using my account…
    this message … Response from JoomlArt Updater Service: Your account does not have enough permission to take this action. Please contact “JoomlArt Updater Service” for more information or use another account.
    Upgrade failure
    Why??? How should i proceed ?

    In the JA Extension Manager you will see a menu on the left called “Service Manager”. In there you will see the Joomlart Updater Service. If you edit this you will be able to enter your user credentials (use the same credentials you use to logon to this forum), save the settings then you should be able to update.
