I tried to install mod_jaslideshow v.2.5.3.zip and one more plugin to JB , but it shows the message “

JFolder::create: Could not create directory
Warning: Failed to move file! “
So please help me to solve the problem.

Hello Chandima,

That is an issue of folder permission, since temporary folder to upload file is not writable.
You can see more information on the system information page >> “Directory Permission” page.

administrator/index.php?option=com_admin&view=sysinfo

so, to resolve this issue please use one ftp tool to chmod log directory and temp directory to writable.
I have tried to use ftp account that you give, but it is seem incorrect, please check again.
