Hello,

So i have installed the quickstart (The one you upload to the FTP and not for example: corporate) but i can’t use the Joomlart installer to install a quickstart template. I get this error:
<blockquote>Install any Uber sample site. The installation should be implemented ONCE only. If you run it again, all your data will be overridden so after the first installation is successful, the feature will be disabled.</blockquote>

I can’t see anything else under that.

Are you installing into a new/clean file structure and database?

Yes i am. Clean database and i just uploaded the quickstart. But it is in a subfolder.

Can you advise as to the file path of the subfolder in which you put the new template install files?
(either screenshot or write it out)

Okay, so it looks like you have successfully installed the core template . . . and there are instructions as to how to proceed further. I’m confused as to what the issue is at this point. :confused:

O, I am sorry I think I didn’t explain this really well.
Maby this screenshot will make things clear.

As you can see. I can’t install any of the samples. And I didn’t already install one

My recommendation would be to wipe the install clean from your server files – including the database you set up for this install – and start over with a fresh new install ….. only this time, try it via uploading the files to your web server via FTP.
