Captcha was not available for QuickContact in January 2011 http://www.joomlart.com/forums/topic/ja-quickcontact-captcha/

The current userguide says to download a plugin to include captcha in QuickContact (in the Quickcontact paragraph). http://www.joomlart.com/joomla/templates/ja-business

I have installed the plugin, I have QuickContact working but there does not appear to be a mechanism to include the captcha into the QuickContact form.

Has anyone done this?

Or should I change QuickContact for the standard Contact Us form?

Very mysterious.

I routinely clean all my cache stores and suffer the somewhat annoying consequences of all cookies disappearing so I was confident in the assertions made above.

But I come back now, some several hours later, and – lo and behold! – the captcha element is in place.

I shall mark this as solved but it might be nice if some expert could explain what might be going on here.

And I am just going to post the new problem that has emerged with ja_login.

I do not have any idea how come the issue happened but I’m glad to hear that you have sorted it out.
