I have tried for several hours and I can not figure out why… but Captcha-ReCaptcha is not displaying in my Contact Us Menu Link. This is in turn causing the Jquery library to crash and it is affecting the store checkout process that’s attached to this website.

I have tried the following:

Confirmed the right code in recaptcha file
Uninstalled and reinstalled Captcha Plugin
Installed another Captcha Plugin – CustomRecaptcha Plugin

Console in Google Chrome gives me this error – Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘style’ of null recaptcha.js:180

I really need some help if you can please.

I got the problem this problem when I access URL of your site.

I’m not sure the problem on your site but you can check with this bug here

Hi Ninja, I have removed the ipblocks from the htaccess file. You should now be able to access it without issue.

The link you have put has already been addressed and does nothing to fix the issue with Captcha.

Ninja, please check again, I just removed all the blocks from the htaccess file. If you want to pm me the ip range of your location I will make sure to remove it permanently. I just get A LOT of spam and people ripping off my content so I have to lock things down.

I see your site is using Custom reCaptcha plugin (3rd party) and it’s a bug from this plugin

Ninja, This is not a problem with the plugin. I installed that plugin to see if that would change anything and it hasn’t. I will try the captcha plugin forum either way. Thank you.
