K2 component also uses reCAPTCHA and you need to enable it in this component.
– Component -> K2 -> Parameters -> Comments-> Active reCaptcha -> Yes.
– Go to Component -> K2 -> Parameters -> Advanced -> Anti-spam->Enable reCaptcha on registration form
– Paste the two Keys that you have from Google (Public and Private Key)
