I would like to suggest following function add to Job Board

Add ” Career Level ” option when post job and search job

Example

Career Level:
1, Student
2, Entry Level
3, Experienced (Non-Manager)
4, Manager
5, Executive (VP, Department Head …)
6, Senior Executive (CEO, CFO …)

I added options with edit option but it’s not shown on frontend? Is there an example or video?

Hi,

…haven’t seen any video on the site. but I’ve managed to successfully add and use fields with the help of the wiki instructions.

Mind you, the best thing is to install your own test version and really drill down. Why? because the Job Board is quite extensive and in order to understand all “connections”, that is the best way. Also Joomlart is quite good in coming to your rescue if, in fact there is a fault on your own installation.

Hmm,, maybe you just missed the sequential wiki part: http://wiki.joomlart.com/wiki/JA_Job_Board/How_to#Customize_displaying_tables

You need to select the table and insert a column for the field. (If you looking to alter the Job List for example…)
