August 6, 2011 at 5:42 am #404734Hi,
I think by using a page suffix class in Category blog menu item and making corresponding styling changes will help you solve the issue. Can you please provide your site url and admin details at http://support.joomlart.com/index.php?/Tickets/Ticket/View/78377 , if you need further help?

August 8, 2011 at 7:54 am #404897Hi,
In the demo what you want to achieve seems to be done using template overrides. That is, if you check templates/yourtemplate/html folder, you will see com_k2 folder with some files in it, those files decide the layout of your blog.
If you use k2 and create a menu item to display a category blog, you should see the layout as in demo. From the demo it seems the featured articles in joomla are also using the same layout. So if you create a menu item to display Featured articles of Joomla in blog layout you should see the same layout (image on left, intro text on right etc) on your site..
I hope i havent written anything confusing above. 🙂

The 1.5 version does have a blog layout override. Do you want that but with the image moved to the left instead of the right?

yes, I’m know how to put image in article, in float left or float rigth, but in blog layout view, i want like frontpage view.
when we click readmore, the image will show on left or right.
no problem where we put an image in adminpage, but in blog layout still like frontpage view.
