I have a links category menu (category list layout format) that properly displays all web links in that category, but since upgrading Joomla to 1.5.4, it also shows other link categories (but not the links within those categories) at the bottom of the page. One of the categories is set to “registered’ only, but it is nevertheless visible to people who are not registered.

This can be seen at http://www.TexasAmericanRealty.com in the “Agent Webpages” menu item.

I cannot find a way to remove the unwanted information at the bottom of the page. Again, this problem started with the upgrade to 1.5.4.

SOLVED: I had the “Other Categories” set to “global” but I reset it to “Hide” and it took care of the problem. I’m not sure why that would show a category set to “registered” but it did.

Yeah,

I was surprised by your post. I upgraded one Demo Teline II last night to Joomla 1.5.4, I thought it was great with the site name now showing.
