You can try with this css tweak:
```
.t3-navbar-category .nav-stacked div.dropdown-menu ul li {
  float: left;
  width: 33.33%;
}
```
add into the file: [root]/templates/ja_megastore (your default template)/css/custom.css (create this file if it doesn’t exist)
