If the option “Filter By Category” is set to YES, but you only select the main category (even if the “Fetch items from children categories” option is active), it just show’s the main category.

I have to select all categories manually.

With the option “Fetch items from children categories” it should display all the categories in the “Filter By Category” dropdown.

Hello XionDesigns,

I have checked the problem on our demo, but didn’t face the problem, all item from sub categories still appear in result page.

PM me your site URL and back-end info for further checking please.
