I want to use community builder in my site. How can I insert the login form of the community builder into the member area of ja teline. ?

Add it to the ja-hpanel module position, set it to horizontal and youre done.
If you havent done it you need to create the module position first.
Go to Site>Template Manager> Module Positions, there you can add the ja-hpanel module position and add the CB login module after you have created that one.
