the Text in content pop up is already in center . while to make the image in the center u need to add style margin: 0 auto;
inside the article image code .
for example >>
<img src="/images/joomlart/servicios6.png" alt="N?mero Telef?nico Personalizado" title="N?mero Telef?nico Personalizado" style="margin: 0 auto; ">
it will look like this > http://prntscr.com/7t7pew
If you would like to text-align to center the add this style in the <p> tag in article .
