Why are certain less files not compiling?

I have Dev Mode on / Theme Magic Off / Responsive On / Build RTL CSS on

I have checked the Less folder and the .less files are present there and have proper file read permissions.

I guess that your account in your hosting / server does not have permission to create new folders and files in t3-assets folder when you set Development Mode: ON, you can contact hosting provider for help to grant full control for your UserWeb

The cache folder has 777 permissions recursive.

This is not best solution, the folders in joomla site need to set 755 and 644 with files.

You should contact hosting provider for help to fix this bug.
