Hi, whenever I to use cetain modules, (for e.g. JA New Ticker JA content Slide) and have SEO friendly urls activated then the modules don’t work and come up with errors messages. When Search Friendly URLs deactivated, then modules work fine.

for me SEF is working fine, you should try update the template along with modules to latest versions. PM me your site login info and i shall try to have a look.
