Hi,
The default gray text for the articles and the normal content text is very light, especially if seen on a Laptop. Where can I edit the color and change it to pure black?

(I tried editing some CSS files, but can’t find the file and line that controls all that gray text in the template)

Please open templates/ja_rasite/css/template.css file
Find this css codes:
body#bd { background: #191A1B; color: #454545; }

In here you can adjust text with color you want

please find this css :

body#bd {
background: #ffffff;
color: #666666;
}

Then make adjustment in there
