Hi davilico

Open templates/ja_justicia/css/template_css.css file, at about line 1174, find following code section:

/* Common Styles for both Spotlight Area */
#ja-topslwrap,
#ja-botslwrap {
background: url(../images/corner-black-tl.gif) no-repeat top left #0F0F0F;
}


here you can change the red text to your idea.
