This template uses a gif image for the background, but I want to use a jpg instead. I understand the reason for the gif (the transparency at the top) but that is not a problem for me. Is there any way I can force the template to look for body-bg.jpg rather than body-bg.gif? I tried editing the template.css file, but it still looks for a gif instead of a jpg.

If using the J1.5 template, you will probably need to change the image name in the templateDetails.xml as well.
And if that does not work, you can have a look at the template index.php, sometimes it’s part of the template.
    Good luck.

It should also be referenced in the CSS of the template. You will need to change the gif to jpg in there.
