in your template css file, for your convinence, you can use Firefox Firebug to find out which css file to be mofified.

It’s not a stupid question? I’ve had quetsions I thought were stupid too, but if you don’t ask sometime you don’t learn.

Go to template.css, line 1058

#ja-topsl div.moduletable h3 {
padding: 0;
color: #EEEEEE;
background: none;
}

Change the color there to whatever you want.
