Hi
I’m using JA Teline V.
To change the copyrights info, open the templates/ja_teline_v/tpls/blocks/footer.php file,
find the following info and Replace the Chinese characters I want。
But Chinese characters cannot be displayed
Please help me, thank you very much!

May I know which is the database collation of your website? with special characters like your languages, you can try the UTF8 database collation.

Mybe The database character set is UTF-8 Unicode (utf8).
This is the information I see in the database management background。I don’t know much about technology
Are there any other reasons why Chinese characters cannot be displayed?.
My website is multilingual and supports Chinese and English。 /public_html/**/templates/ja_teline_v/language
Only the en-GB folder, but there is no zh-CN folder, Is the problem here?Please help me, thank you again!

August 7, 2017 at 2:26 pm #1054242It may due to the encoding, try open that file and add your own text again and open the file with editor like Notepad++ and save with utf8 encoding like this suggestion
