How do I change the favicon in JA Mitius for Joomla 3?

Hi

You can upload your favicon.ico in this folder templatesja_mitius this will override the standard favicon

Thanks for the reply Pavit.

I already put it there about a day ago. I have refreshed the browser and cleared History and cookies etc.
I still see the Joomla favicon.

Please suggest.

To change your site favicon, please follow the instruction below: http://docs.joomla.org/Changing_the_site_favicon

I would suggest you use .ico file as it is default file type for Joomla. You can convert your .png file to .ico file. When you have this file, just override the favicon.ico file in folder: templatesja_mitius with your new favicon file.
