I’m not certain I fully understand your question . . . on a “subject that is already ready?”

OR
What you could do is modify the CSS within one of the existing color themes (that you know you will never use) and change the color codes throughout to match the color theme you want.

How I can do this?

If you want to use one of the existing color themes as a starting point, you will need to do a couple of things . . .
1. You will need to modify the color codes within the selected color theme. For example, lets sat one of the color themes was “black.” Every CSS rule you see a color hex code (ex: #00000, or some other letter/number variation), you would need to replace that color code with the color code you want that compliments the overall color theme you’re going for.

2. The other thing you would need to do is modify the “color theme” images relative to the particular color theme – replacing them with similar images, but with/for your chosen color theme. This is where the PSD files that come with the template download come in handy – as you can change the color of/for the images with a image editor such as Photoshop or any other image editor that reads psd files.
It’s definitely a process that will take some time, patience and trial-and-error – but it absolutely CAN be done.
