For the CSS issue kindly take backup of the site and all custom changes.
Now compile Less to CSS from template options.
After this check the site when Dev. the mode is OFF.

I fixed the video issue directly on your site from file "/js/prettyPhoto/jquery.prettyPhoto.js" in template "ja_charity". line 282.
For the ACymail issue you can check the Extension configurations > Security tab for captcha.

Its from Acymail you can change the image size of it. You can try to change the template to default Joomla and see the view of it. It will be same.

Kindly clean your browser cache and check. The issue seems the css clash with extensions during the compression. I just turn off the compression.
Kindly check it now.

Yes due to compression the css not properly load, that’s why I turn it off fr t3 options.
