I want to change media to "none" and add onload="if(media!=’all’)media=’all’".

The compression code file is pluginssystemt3includescoreminify.php
Line 260. Kindly makes sure it’s the core file and can affect the compression on the change in the code.
Also, On T3 update the changes will be overridden.

Take a backup of the file before testing your customisations.
