Hi all,

I just started working with JA Ironis. While having worked with Joomla before the K2 component is completely new to me.

I want to change the K2 language from English to Dutch for both front- and back end. How do I do this?? I Googled but didn’t really understand the answers.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Hi robertvs,

In order to change the language used in K2 you need to obtain a copy (for free) from k2 -> http://getk2.org/extend/translations and then you need to upload those files to your joomla installation.

Hi pascm,

Thanks for the input. I already got this far. I downloaden the files needed. But where do I put them in my joomla installation? I’ve been looking everewhere.

But I can’t find the map mentioned in this link.

Any ideas? 🙂

Hi,

You have to install or upload (depends on the language package you have) the .ini files to your dutch language folder.

Followed all instructions. Still no go on both front- and backend. This should be pretty easy to acomplish but somehow….
