How do I change the titles on the main content module of the Contact pages? Where do I find the files?

I want to change the title LINKS to Articles and
the title OTHER INFORMATION to Bio

I have fixed it directly on your site as follows

Open language/en-GB/en-GB.com_contact.ini file
from

COM_CONTACT_LINKS="Links"
COM_CONTACT_OTHER_INFORMATION="Other information"
change to

COM_CONTACT_LINKS="Articles"
COM_CONTACT_OTHER_INFORMATION="Bio"

Please check it again, let me know the result
