1) You should put your logo into the images folder . and You open the file template.css and find the following code

/* Logo Image —*/
h1.logo { height: 57px; margin-top: 40px; width: 222px; }

h1.logo a {
background: url(../images/logo.png) no-repeat left top;
display: block;
height: 57px;
width: 222px;
}

replace by:

/* Logo Image —*/
h1.logo { height:90px; margin-top: 40px; width: 728px; }

h1.logo a {
background: url(../images/logo.png) no-repeat left top!important;
display: block;
height: 90px;
width:728px;
}
